Uploading

How to Upload Your Files

 

Once your deposit has been received we will provide you with an upload link via email, or if you prefer you may provide a link to download your project.

 

 

Upload Formatting

​

  • All audio files for each song should share the same start point.

  • Please only uploading continuous, consolidated files.

  • Files should be organized into individual folders for each song.

  • Please compress (.zip) your entire project folder or individual song folders before uploading.

 

Preferred Mastering Format

  • 32 bit floating point broadcast wave

  • Highest possible sample rate up to 192 kHz without upsampling

 

Preferred Mixing & Editing Format

  • 24 bit wave or aiff

  • Highest possible sample rate up to 192 kHz without upsampling

 

Accepted File Formats

  • Any file type

  • Any bit depth

  • Any sample rate

Payment

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning work on your project with the balance due upon completion. Prices for individual services are listed on their respective tabs under the SERVICES menu.

 

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Interac email transfer. All prices are in CAD and are subject to 13% HST.
